At ITS MY LIFE we have developed the Employee Assistance Programme, specifically for the SME business sector. By providing a professional, confidential and affordable service we are able to offer additional support and guidance for your employees.
Option 1: Employer Programme
- As an employer you Register your details with Its My Life for our Employee Assistance Programme.
- You indicate how many sessions you are willing to pay for (as a standard) per employee per annum. (Minimum 3 sessions per employee per annum).
- When an employee wishes to use the service they contact ourselves and we confirm this with you.
- Payment is made in advance in blocks of 3 sessions at a time, with a refund available (less a small cancellation charge) if the employee does not attend all the sessions (see terms for more details) A 10% discount applies to this method of payment. An alternative method of payment is the employee pays at the end of each session and is re-embursed by the employer through their own means (no discount applies).
- Sessions are confidential to the employee and no discussions will take place with the employer with regards to the content or nature of the sessions.
- Either way you only pay when your employee uses the service.
Option 2: Referral Programme
- As an employer you do not wish to register with Its My Life for the Employee Assistance Programme, however, you would like to have a point of referral should any of your employees need additional support.
- You can refer your employees to Its My Life for counselling sessions at the employee’s expense. The employee contacts us to book an appointment and the arrangement is strictly between the employee and Its My Life.
- In all circumstances, sessions are confidential to the employee and no discussions will take place with regards to the content of the sessions with the employer.
