There is no escaping the fact that life is hard for us all - at different times on our life journey it can feel really tough.
At times it can feel like life is an overwhelming, lonely place to be - as you feel unsure as to which way to turn or what to do next for the best. Friends and family can offer words of advice and support - which is really important and well meaning, but sometimes this isn’t enough. Or the advice is not welcome at that time (I have totally had that in my life).
I am here to help you to take control, make the decisions that suit you. My only focus is what’s right for you, there is no other agenda and certainly no judgement.
