Are sessions confidential ?
Yes - all sessions are completely confidential.
What experience do you have?
I have been in the Career Industry for over 25 years. I worked as an Executive Search Consultant leading Executive Search Assignments to recruit in several countries in Europe. (in the days before the internet!)
I recruited Permanent and Contract roles in the UK and NZ, recruiting across all areas and levels within an organisation.
I have been a Career Coach since 2009 here in NZ
How many sessions do i need?
It all depends on what you need. Some people just need one session to answer a couple of key questions and point them in the right direction (for example on their CV or Interview technique) whilst others need more comprehensive support. Most people have a couple of sessions.
Will you find me a job?
My role is to help you to find a job - but I am not a recruitment agent so I won’t find you a job - but I do know some great recruiters
Is coaching right for me ?
I think we could all do with some expert coaching in our lives. The question really is am I the right coach for you?
Coaching is a great way to gain some expert insight to help you with your Job Search and can provide you with guidance that can make a difference on whether you get the job you want.
In the current market anything that can give you an edge is worth it - coaching is that edge

What’s the best tip you can give someone currently in the job market?
Stay positive - it can be tough to find a new role, it is frustrating and stressful. Remaining positive is really important and it is important to make sure you have your support network around you to keep encouraging you.
Can I see you for counselling and career coaching?
Yes you can - this happens a lot and what many of my clients like about the services I can provide.
We do need to talk about this in the session so that we both know what you are wanting to achieve from each session
